Clea Blair, Sr.
Clea Sr. is the visionary founder behind Blair’s planned neighborhoods, bringing a classic suburban utility and flow to his designs. Since the beginning, Clea Sr. has been involved in every facet of the company, from swinging hammers to running numbers, and he’s just as active today as he ever was. His greatest joy is seeing the strong work ethic he instilled in his three sons every day.
Clea Blair, Jr.
Clea Jr. handles the administrative duties for Blair Builders, obtaining the permits, writing estimates, and keeping the whole operation running smoothly.
Bill Blair
Bill is the face of Blair Homes, coordinating schedules and deliveries to maximize convenience to the customer throughout the construction process. When he’s not making the rounds, you can find Bill watching a game with his family or chipping a few balls on the golf course.
Joe Blair
Joe takes pride in his position as the muscle of the Blair Builders family, working with subcontractors on-site to make sure everything gets done to Blair’s exacting quality standards. Joe works hard and plays hard, showing the future generation of Blair Builders how it’s done every day.
